You shall not pass! Elite (Gandalf) and tabletop+ (Balrog) level commission. Wow, returning to this piece of Lotr nostalgia was incredible. I painted my own like 20 years ago. And yes, it is the metal Gandalf and Balrog (plastic wings) which means it was a nightmare to build. The gap filling alone made me question my sanity. In the end I’m so happy with the results. The same painting philosophy was applied here: the only thing you’ll notice on the tabletop is the contrast between white and blue. So I spent some extra time on the bone colour.
